Each dichroic glass jewel is an original unique creation completely hand worked. In a time intensive process, the glass is cut to shape, the pieces are combined in several layers and then fired a number of times in a high temperature kiln to produce some stunning colour combinations and shimmering effects.
Once fused the glass is ground to shape and fired once more to achieve the final polished finish.
Due to differences in monitors’ display and colour capabilities slight variations in colour between the product images you see and the actual item may occur.

A lovely pair of dangle earrings made with fine silver .999 wire and featuring two small dichroic glass cabochons shimmering with blue tones shifting to green with the angle of view. The fine silver ( .999) wirework has been given a hammered texture.
The glass measure approximately 0.9mmW x 0.9mmL and the earrings are 20mm wide approximately. The overall length of this drop earrings, excluding the post and butterfly sterling silver backs, is about 25mm.
Fine silver has a higher content in silver (99%) than .925 sterling silver and it is more resistent to tarnish. Hallmarked
